Understanding Levels of Consciousness
If you're new to the levels of consciousness knowledge, familiarize yourself with the tables and graph below, then scroll down for a bit of a breakdown. (Clicking on the image preview will give you the clear high quality version, you can zoom in easier that way.)
Too Much Information?
Maybe. It's okay! Let's focus on the core information..
That's better.
Raising Your "Vibrations"
As you see in the table and graph above, the higher your vibration (energy frequency), the better you feel, the better your experiences, thoughts, and emotions are. Seeing this visual might help you to understand how to, step by step, go from Anger, to Courage, to Acceptance, to Love, Joy, Peace, and Enlightenment.
Why Do We Feel Better at Higher Frequencies?
Our true form vibrates at a much higher energy frequency, it feels like home to us. To share some background, what everything in existence stems from is Source (one of the many other names for this term is God), and Source is every single frequency all at once, Alpha to Omega. You are technically Source experiencing itself as an individual (Soul). This subject deserves an entire article to itself, so that is all the light I will shed for now.
Are the Lower Frequencies Bad?
That is up to one's perception. My perception is that they are there for us to appreciate that "home" feeling. If you've ever been homesick, or miss someone, don't you feel that extra appreciation when you finally get to the place you've been missing? Hugging the person you've missed? In other words, the lower levels provide the opportunity to not become complacent with the higher levels and to understand and experience each. If there was only good, how would you know to appreciate it? How would you grow? The goal is really to become wiser and appreciate all of your experiences, regardless of what they were / are. They all contributed to your wisdom, and they all will continue to contribute to your wisdom. The lower levels motivate you to reach higher, and the higher levels inspire you to appreciate all of them.
The sour times make the sweet times that much sweeter.
